Whether it's a podium placement or an injury recovery, we love featuring adult Irish dancers from all over the world. This week, our featured dancer is Krista Lausch Perkins. The pic is from the Wyoming State Championships last year (2025) in Casper, Wyoming, where she got first in adult champs, and her three daughters all competed as well. Krista says, "Dancing with my girls has been such a special life experience, especially since my own mom died just before I turned 13, so I never got to have teenage years with her. I feel like I'm making up for that a bit by getting to do this amazing activity alongside my kids."

Calling all adult competitive dancers! This week's featured feis is the Ceili on the Lake at the Marin Irish Festival in San Rafael, California on May 16th and 17th! Featuring adults grades and champs for adults, as well as a mindset workshop with Julie Showalter Marshall, A.D.C.R.G. on Friday, May 15th.
